Picture Day Information

School Portraits – PhotoTexas Photography will come to campus multiple times to take student portraits at no cost. ***Please see their COVID-19 protocols here*** Students might stand for portraits unless seating is physically necessary. It is up to the student to make sure and take his/her picture either on one of these days or make an appointment at the PhotoTexas studio.

If the student does not take a picture, they will not appear in the student body portraits section. Picture days are 9/29, 9/30 with retakes 11/10 for non-seniors. These days will include an indoor station for in-school students and an outdoor station near the competition gym doors for those remaining remote.

Remote students will sign up for a time slot and drive up to the station for their portrait HERE. The location map HERE shows the station location and the parking lot that the students will drive around to pull up to the backdrop. Watch the video here for more on drive-up photos. Remote students will use online order code PTPUC at the PhotoTexas website to order.

In-person learners will go with their English class to the gyms to take their photo. ACC English students will go first in the mornings at 9 a.m. Tuesday or Wednesday. The picture day code for non-seniors is PTPUC.

The seniors must make an appointment to take their picture at school on 10/12-10/13, 12/2 – 12/4 by signing up HERE with Photo Texas. The December dates will not be available until after the October dates. These dates include retakes. The final chance to get a portrait on campus is 12/6. All school portraits must be taken before winter break in order to be in the yearbook.

PhotoTexas will choose the photo to appear in the yearbook for consistency if not selected online by the students. Click HERE to order pictures or contact PhotoTexas customer support at 1-800-883-6463 or to schedule an in-studio appointment at 512-617-7780.
