Staying Active in Isolation: Quick Tips for Workouts

This is a time where we are all isolated in our homes and trying to stay active can be a little hard to get motivated about. That doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t be doing it though. It is time to start doing things that we only do because on a normal day we need to. For all of you who are feeling this way here are some easy ways to stay active even when you can’t leave your home. 

  1. Take a jog/walk around your block
  2. Do an ab workout
  3. Yoga
  4. Bike rides
  5. Stretching
  6. Body weight workout

All of these things will help you to stay in shape through this time when your first thought is to sit and be a couch potato. If you try to do at least one of these things a day it will help you to keep yourself from being too lazy with your time trapped at home.
