Over 35,000 students participated in the Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) statewide with Isabelle Avena, Vasi Bjeletich, Katie Hilton, Jade Howe, Hailey Kirkup,  Jacob Pederson, and Melissa Richardson qualifying for state in March. Richardson showed two pieces.

This past weekend, the pieces were judged on Friday with honors announced Saturday. Five pieces medaled, earning All-State designation. Senior Katie Hilton won the Gold Seal, the highest award given at VASE.
