HOSA is having their annual Toy Drive to bring to children with cancer at Dell Children’s Hospital from now until December 14. Please bring unwrapped gifts (no used toys) to the collection boxes in the counselor’s office, as well as the health science teachers classrooms. Help out a good cause and spread some Christmas cheer!

The Paws Club is holding a Puppy Supply Drive starting now through December 21. All supplies will be donated to a non profit organization that raises puppies to be service dogs. There are donation bins in both the front office and the counseling center, and there is more information on the supplies needed on the boxes. Your donations will be in exchange for service hours, and the class that donates the most supplies will get to choose a name for one of the puppies. For any additional see Mrs. Shepherd in classroom D.111.
When we return from winter break, we have club or organization photos with PhotoTexas that Wednesday, Jan. 9 in the B Gym. Club leaders, make sure to get with your sponsor to choose a time and plan your photo. You can wear club shirts or bring props. However, you must be on the club’s roster to be in the photo. Your sponsor will provide a pass or get in touch with teachers to excuse you to go take your picture.
Freshman, sophomores and juniors, make sure to check the student portrait section of the yearbook, hanging on the library windows for mistakes. Make sure your portrait is there, in the right grade, and your name is spelled correctly. If you need to make a change or have a question or concern, scan the QR code by the pictures and submit to the Tiger Cry yearbook. No more changes can be made after next Friday.
Students and staff, join the Jazz Orchestra this Friday during lunch in the courtyard for some live holiday music!
