- The Spanish Honor Society will be selling “pulseras” in the cafeteria during lunch. These colorful handmade bracelets are only $5 and make great gifts and stocking-stuffers. Every dollar goes to support fair-trade jobs in countries where there is little economic opportunity. The proceeds also support scholarships, micro-loans, youth shelters, and community improvement in Nicaragua, Guatemala, and Uganda.
- The Domestic Violence/Abuse Advisory Board will be accepting diapers (sizes 4-6) and underwear of all sizes for women and children . If you wish to donate, bring your items to your advisory teacher. The advisory class that donates the greatest amount will win a pizza party.
- Attention students taking ACC English….don’t be left out of the computer match up fun! Stop by Mrs. VanEvery’s desk anytime before the end of the day on Dec. 9 and fill out a survey so that you can be prepared for Valentine’s Day!!!!
- The UIL Accounting Team will hold a VERY IMPORTANT meeting on Thursday, December 15 after final exams. All team members and anyone wishing to join the team should plan to be present and spend at least one hour talking about accounting.
